Delete your Dhruva account
You do not need to reinstall the app. We will not delete an account merely because someone typed an email. Identity must be verified.
In the app
Sign in → Settings → Account → Delete account.
Verify by email (web)
Enter the email on the Dhruva account. We send a one-time sign-in link. Opening that link on this page proves you control the mailbox, then you confirm deletion.
Your email is verified. Confirming deletes your cloud profile, families you own, memberships, pending invitations, remote-alarm cloud data, and FCM/device records.
What is deleted
- Your profile and authentication user
- Family memberships
- Families you own (they are closed, not orphaned)
- Pending invitations you sent
- Family permissions
- Remote-alarm cloud records and FCM device association
What stays on the phone
Destination alarms you created on that device remain as guest alarms until you delete them in the app or clear app data.
